1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • In rare cases, order processing may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

  • Express Shipping (DHL, FedEx): Estimated delivery within 3 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country.
  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
  • Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the courier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or local postal service).

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the courier.
  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
