- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country.
- Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
- Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
- You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the courier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or local postal service).
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the courier.
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
